About Me
I’m a Growth Marketing Manager with a background that spans business strategy, hospitality, creative production, and video-led growth. What ties my work together is a consistent focus on people—how they engage with content, how trust is built, and what actually drives attention and growth at scale.
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the College of Charleston, where I developed a strong foundation in marketing, strategy, and customer experience while also pursuing creative interests in videography and storytelling. Charleston was formative for me—not only academically, but experientially. It sharpened my understanding of how environment, culture, and experience shape perception, and how strong brands are often felt before they are consciously analyzed.
My videography skills quickly evolved beyond a creative outlet. Through paid creative and content work, I was able to fully fund extended travel across The United States, Europe, Africa, and Australia, working on video projects while immersing myself in different cultures, landscapes, and communities. Those experiences strengthened my ability to tell authentic, visually driven stories that resonate across audiences and contexts, and reinforced the importance of adaptability, observation, and perspective—skills that continue to influence my approach to marketing today.
Alongside my creative work, I gained hands-on experience in high-touch, service-driven environments, including working at The Dewberry Charleston shortly after it opened. Operating in a luxury hospitality setting instilled discipline, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of customer experience. Hospitality taught me that consistency, tone, and execution matter just as much as strategy—principles that translate directly into effective marketing and brand building.
As my career progressed, I began applying a more strategic lens to creative work—moving beyond what looked good to what actually performed. That transition led me into growth marketing leadership, where I’ve since led video-first initiatives generating millions of organic views annually and hundreds of thousands of views per week across digital platforms. I’ve partnered closely with leadership teams to align content strategy with real business outcomes, ensuring marketing efforts contribute to visibility, demand, and long-term growth.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance analysis. I specialize in building video-led growth systems—combining content strategy, production, distribution, and analytics to create repeatable momentum rather than one-off wins. I’m particularly drawn to environments where creativity is paired with accountability, and where marketing is treated as a growth engine rather than a cost center.
Outside of work, I’ve always been deeply connected to nature and animals, interests that have shaped both my creative instincts and my worldview. Travel, wildlife, and time spent in diverse environments have reinforced the value of curiosity and perspective—qualities I bring into both my professional work and leadership style.
